We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weddings, corporate events, and popular weekend dates. We do accept last-minute bookings when availability allows.

Bookings requires a 30% non-refundable deposit.
Final payment is due 14 days before your event, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Yes. Our Audio Guestbook is available as a standalone rental or an add-on to your Photo Booth package.
An area of 8 ft x 8 ft is ideal, but we can accommodate smaller spaces if necessary.
Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes before your contracted start time.
Yes, an on-site attendant is provided with all booth rentals to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Wi-Fi is recommended for instant sharing and please email us the venue Wi-Fi information within 48 hours of the event.
Your complete online gallery will be delivered within 48 hours after your event.
Cancellation by Customer: In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
- If the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the rental date, a full refund less the deposit will be provided.
- If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the rental date, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
Yes. Events outside our standard radius may include a small travel fee.
Yes, as a veteran-owned business, we proudly offer discounts to active-duty military and veterans.
